Promote people's participation in development planning to achieve the main vision and mission of the Municipality.
To integrate sectoral plans and programs and formulate a systematic, attainable and social oriented development plans and programs for consideration of the Municipal Development Council.
The Office of the MPDC is mandated to exercise his functions as stated in RA 7160.
- Preparation of the Annual Investment Program
- Monitor and evaluate the development projects of the municipality
- Formulation of Comprehensive Development Plan and Local Development Investment Plan
- Conduct Inspection of Development Projects Completed
- Review the Annual Investment Program of all Barangays and endorsed their AIP to the Sangguniang Bayan.
