Through the delivery of responsive and holistic development programs by competent and responsive public servants, pursuing massive and sustainable crop, livestock and poultry production and promotion of Eco-Tourism to uplift the living condition of the townspeople.

We, the people of Burgos, envisioned our Municipality as an Agro-Tourism in Western Pangasinan, inhabited by God-fearing, loving, healthy and self-reliant citizenry living in a clean, peaceful and orderly, safe and disaster-free environment.

To exercise his functions as stated under Section 444 of RA 7160

All programs, projects and activities necessary in the accomplishment of the duties and functions of the Municipal Mayor provided in Section 444 of RA 7160 and Article 87 of the Rules and Regulations implementing the Local Government Code of 1991.
