Weaknesses: Priority Issues and Concerns

Despite the adequacy of the existing road network system, road development in the municipality is still underdeveloped. Farm to market roads are still in rough road situation.  This causes some of the surplus products especially in the agricultural sector not be delivered in the market for selling. Roads leading to the tourist spots especially Cabongaoan White sand beach need development. Facilities for local industry such as livestock and food processing are not visible in the area. Lack of facilities in the municipality is one of the factors that lead to the underdevelopment of the industrial sector which on the other hand affects the market of the agricultural products. With the availability of such, employment rate as well as income generation may increase in a faster pace
